ASP.Net 2.0 Website

The project is a website to be developed in ASP.Net 2.0, classic ASP and SQL Server 2005. The Website will be managed by an existing CMS system which is developed in classic ASP. The CMS also need some modification to suit the client requirement. The website needs to be developed from scratch. The development standard has to be top quality. Things that we need for the website is: 1) Web Site Design (graphics) - Ideas will be provided 2) Database Design - Again you will get an help from us 3) Proper Error Tracking 4) User Management using .net? windows authentication 5)?
