ASP.NET SendMail HTML Routine

We require a coder to create a small routine to convert our e-mails to HTML format. Allow me to explain... Currently, we send out all e-mail messages in plain text format, through ASP.NET using the [login to view URL] object. We're aware these sometimes look a bit "plain" in ASP.NET, therefore we're looking to instead convert our plain messages to HTML format automatically (so they can be viewed as plain text by those that want that, or HTML by those with browsers that support it). We don't require much formatting: we simply want our plain text messages to be converted into Arial, size 10pt. We would also appreciate capitalized words greater than five characters to be bolded, and single words contained in *asterisks* to be bolded (with the asterisks removed). In addition, any repeating series of "====" should be replaced with a horizontal line. You will need to create a routine with the following interface: PublicFunctionSendMail(ByVal[To] AsString, _ ByValFrom AsString, ByValSubject AsString, _ ByValBody AsString, ByValIsHTML AsBoolean, _ OptionalByValSmtpServer AsString= "[login to view URL]", _ OptionalByValAsync AsBoolean= False) AsBoolean (cont. in "Platform"...) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
