Hi Collegues,
We are an India based software company with a manpower strength of 27 programmers
We have a lot of projects running in ASP, ASP.NET and PHP and our permanent manpower is just not sufficient to handle them all
As per the latest company policy, we can not recruit any manpower on permanent basis for next two years, and hence we are willing to outsource certain projects / modules to some freelance programmers, who are capable of delivering the goods
Here is a list of what is required:
1. You should be Living in India
2. You should have your own cellphone to communicate with you anytime
3. You should bid for only one of the 3 platforms, i.e. ASP, ASP.NET or PHP, whichever is your strongest
4. You should have worked atleast 1 year on the plaform for which you are bidding, and must have completed atleast 2 projects successfully, of which you can show us a demonstration
5. You should be able to work atleast 30 hrs in a week for us. Which hrs you work is absolutely your choice
6. You should mention ur location (city)
7. You should mention ur highest degree and the year of passing, univ and percentage of marks (Plus rank in class - if any)
8. You should quote your minimum hourly work rate in Indian Rupees and whenever we will allot a work to you, we will fix hours with you
