ASP.NET Gantt Web Control

We are in need of a ASP.NET web control that acts and performs like a Gantt Chart as in Microsoft Project, etc. This Gannt chart should be fully rendered on the client side, and should be interactive with the user. The control should have the following functionality: 1) Drag gannt items and have the date be changed 2) Editable fields when clicking on a gannt item 3) Post back all data to the server for update 4) All aspects customizable as far as style (color, font, etc) 5) Scalable timeline 6) Related items (changing the end date of one will change the start date of the next) The client-side code should be javascript, and may be IE 6.0 specific if desired. We are a development company, and we want to stress that we desire top-quality code and a very nice user interface for both developers using the control and users who use the client side user interface. We are much more concerned with quality code than a speedy development time.
