ASP Market Survey

We need a Microsoft Access 2003 database driven website to collect and disseminate Market Survey information on all of our properties and their competitors. Market Survey information includes Rent, Concessions, Deposits, Property Amenities, ect. I have attached our 'rough draft' MS Access database with the forms that we would like to be made accessible via the web. The main form is 'Market Survey' with 3 drop down menus to filter the database. The forms need to be converted to asp pages so that our employees can update our Market Survey database from different locations. Preferably, the web pages would be made in Microsoft Visual Web Developer. This will be a two-phase approach: the first phase is to develop a prototype that we will put out to our regionals for their input; and a second and final phase to refine based upon their comments. The prototype needs to look more professional than the forms in MS Access database and the underlying code may need to be strengthened/revisited. But we want to keep the overall design/functionality of the forms (eg. the drop downs, radio buttons and subform). What we need is: 1. 3 professional input asp pages modeled after the MS Access forms: 'Market Survey', 'Competitor List' and 'Unit Type'. 2. 1 logon screen for security purposes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000 Server - IIS
