AJAX enabled (4 forms)

I am including the current helpdesk homepage that we have setup I would like to rework these forms to make them more meaningful for the user. make them ajax enabled. so that the user changes happening to the form without refreshing the page. i'd like to use the nav buttons/colors from [login to view URL] and i'd like to use tabtastic <[login to view URL]> or something better i'd also like to use javascript (client based) and server based checks on many types of information that is recieved from the form. and have error checking setup. the coder who can either show me examples of things he has already worked on related to forms and or show me a simple layout and what he plans on doing to these forms will win this contract what i would like to do is give a cleaner interface to the forms and the website and make it a bit more pleasing to the eye. the ideal person, is available to give me daily updates, has a high rating on RAC also is a developer and a designer. someone who understands what a clean interface is. only adds in color and images where required if any. understands that layout and design is very importnat to the end user. our company like many have alot of ppl who are computer savvy if im very pleased with this, I will give a bonus to the coder ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
