Dbase Form data Validation - joomla Breezingforms - repost

This project is in BREEZING forms. The joomla/wordpress modual the website is [login to view URL] Please know what this is before applying My guess this is about 20 minutes of work. The form is created and the only thing needed is AJAX written to validate data in a field in a dbase on the system, The dbase connections is also already coded and working. I need ajax written to pass a value to a php file and $return. The form is made with masks even. I need the SQL logic inside Breezing forms to be done. [login to view URL] = database structure for jos_census This is the referenced DBASE Forms Build = graphic of the form layout [login to view URL] -XML package for breezing forms Basicly this form is already built.. I need the Bits and the process to get the query to work for the member id and date of birth. I would like the form to query After Member id and Date of birth are entered and return a flag 1 or 0 Select * jos_census where member_id = "[login to view URL]" and date_of_birth="element.date_of_birth" Return Value to element result, for reference. Yes or No the memberid/bday match. Rest of logic. If they select employee in drop down and verified then Turn section verified on and show the rest off - email goes out verfied template if they select child or spouse and verified then turn on spouse verified the rest off. - email goes out with child/spouse template if verified failed turn on section Failed all the rest off. - email goes out.. FAILED
