Basically the site allows users to upload an Image, then list it on Tag pages according to its Post ranking score. Frontend is complete, no CSS or design skill required. Half of the features are already completed (we've developed a similar custom WP theme in the past that can be used towards this project). BRIEF DESCRIPTION: 1) Advanced WordPress, PHP and AJAX(jQuery) is a must - the backend logic is complex, even though it looks very simple on the frontend. 2) There seven templates pages, but derived from only three major ones (the other four are just variations). 3) Involves Image recognition to automatically detect similar images on the site and to save hexadecimal color information. 4) Very detailed spec, with most being explained as HTML comments inside template source code. 5) Comply to all WordPress standards, best coding practices, cross browser proof (IE9+, FF6+, Chrome, Safari) with only JavaScript enabled.
