Custom Marketplace (Buy, Sell, Auction communicate)

We are looking for a web developer with strong PHP and MySQL skills for a custom made marketplace system. The system will be coded from scratch with basic functionality. What we mean is, a system sort of like a custom commerce shopping cart, and an eBay hybrid. We already have pages coded in HTML & CSS (approximately 9 pages), the code will be based on the existing pages. You need to create an interface to manipulate existing data. What we have is a PHPBB 2 forum custom modified with extra database perimeters for each account, things like user ID, available items and any other information that will be useful to the marketplace already exists. The marketplace data already exists in a database format on our custom modified PHPBB2 forum (which item the user has available for sale, and/or if the user has enough currency to purchase an item, etc). Javascript, jquery, dynamic analytical graph skills are a plus. Note: Of course it's not all that complicated, we have a decent size user base of registered accounts, what we want is for each user to have an ability to sell an item to another user, in different ways, such as: fixed price, timed auction, or a timed auction with a buy now ability. Things like search functionality, and the standard product display are all general.
