I require a customer extension for Magento.
The purpose of the extension is to provide live shipping rate and options from NZ Post, using their API.

By the looks of it, we're wanting to use "Sending Within NZ V1" of the API as it provides for specifying the CARRIER (NZ Post and/or CourierPost), and then the "Sending internationally" API.
It should also provide tracking abilities, as per the NZ Post Tracking API.

It will naturally need to also interface with the NZ Post locator API, so that the address is confirmed as correct.

(it relates to a iOS app, but provides a good overview of the elements involved at the API level)
It needs to be developed as an installable Magento extension, so that the site itself doesn't require any core customisation.
We would maintain all rights to the resulting code.

The APIs in question are well documented (as per above links) and we expect it to be a fairly straight forward project, without complications.
