Ajax scrolling image slideshow, mySQL db driven

I have a requirement for someone to set me up with an AJAX images/text slideshow which displays images from a mySQL database, each image is to link to a popup page with a larger view of the image, text taken from the database. The popup must be adaptable in that at a later date I will want the same provider to modify the script to allow for multiple images to be shown on the popup. I can provide a link to a site which has similar features. Cheapest price secures lots of work.
