I have an access to a site that does a system base review. What I have in mind is to have a pdf file (with both questions and answers done separately) for all the systems available under "Physician Assistant", with PANCE/PANRE certification review to be more on top of the list. I don't know if I'm explaining what I want done correctly so please ask questions if you're interested in doing this project. I would have to give the information in order to gain access to the site.

The PANCE and PANRE certification exams contain 300 and 240 multiple-choice questions respectively. Based on the description, I understand the following: 1. You need one (or two) pdf form(s) with all those 540 multiple choice questions (or perhaps more in as I read some websites quoting up to 2,500 questions in various modules); 2. The form should be available and fillable in pdf; 3. I assume you may want to export in Excel and perhaps do an automatic correction against the answers. My bid is based on: - The formatting of 540 questions in a comfortable to read pdf (with a large measure of flexibility); - Editable form fields / tickable options will be added (2,160 answer options on a 4 responses per question basis); - The embedded data behind the tickable answers will also be entered to enable the export of answers into Excel and the subsequent automatic cross checking against the correct answers.
