CRE Loaded Flash Template Customization

CRE Loaded 6.2(14)website hosted at hostgator. I have a website deployed on CRE 6.2. Need a technical 'type person with flash skills to load a templatemonster template on top of it and some light modifications to it, primarily color scheme type things. One other major part of this is to create a Flash file to run in the header of the website. You will be provided the pictures to put in it according to your specs for size, etc. You will be expected to deploy that and otherwise make it work on your own. I would expect with this to be significantly less than a 10 hour job. If it runs over that we can reach an additional financial consideration. Please put "Go Reds!" in your bid to be considered.
