Develop an SFTP Mac Application

We are software developers with a number of years experience in enterprise development primarily in Java. We are looking for a technically competent developer who has the skills to build the application that we require, to a high standard

The project is to develop a native (Objective-C) Mac OSX application to facilitate FTP, SFTP (SCP) of files and directories to and from remote servers. The application will provide a native OSX GUI in the commander style:- [login to view URL]

A solid understanding of SCP/SFTP and FTP protocols is highly desirable. However, we expect you to use ConnectionKit, [login to view URL]

Use of ConnectionKit will mean that the effort required to build this application is greatly reduced.

We will split the overall project into a number of discreet milestones, each of which will result in payment made for that work.

This project is for version 0.1, which consists of a small subset of the desired functionality. If we are happy with the standard of work, we will be happy to commission ongoing work along the product roadmap.

You must have the following in order to be considered

High competency in Objective-C, COCOA and XCode

High level of English language and communication skills.

Capable of working to agreed timescales.

Be available for conversation on Skype.
