I have a new OS Commerce site and I need a little help with four items. I had a local developer create this site, but he doesn't know how to solve these problems. 1. I want to offer PayPal as payment option. I have a PayPal account, I just don't know how to implement this into a OS Commerce site 2. Limit the list of countries 3. I’m not receiving email notifications when a order is placed 4. How to edit the meta tags in the shopping cart?
