Hello,

I am looking for some to develop an ASP.net 2.0 page using VB.net which allows users to upload a video or multiple video’s in the major video formats (Real Player, AVI, Windows Media, QuickTime…) and convert the video to FLV format.I would also like it to generate a thumbnail image for the video.
