Betfair iPhone Data Alerter and Trade

UI as so:

two textboxes to capture username and password details.

button to login to betfair. * once a login has occurred, stay logged into the application, as the application needs to be running in the background...

option to capture mins before race to check for store EARLY qualifiers details (max: 60 mins, min:10 mins ) drop down or radio group.

option to capture mins before race to check for qualifiers (3 options: 1 min, 2 mins, 3 mins) drop down or radio group.

option to capture MIN price move to report on (min: 1.0, max: 10.0) drop down or radio group

option to capure what to report on: (3 options: steamer, drifter, both) drop down or radio group

option to capture action to take (3 options: back steamer, lay drifter, both: back steamers and lay drifters) drop down or radio group

I want a the iPhone application to communicate with a web-service (preferably ASP.NET). The web service will communicate with a mySQL database to store the data that the iPhone application needs to report upon. The web service (Non iPhone UI) rules are as so:

1. At "option to capture mins before race to check for store EARLY qualifiers details" PRIOR to a UK horse race going live, the software need to store details of ALL selections in that race.

2. At "option to capture mins before race to check for qualifiers" the software checks against the stored selections at rule 1:

If "option to capure what to report on" is "steamer" or 'both" and the price of the selection has REDUCED <= "option to capture price move to report on" and option to "capture action to take" is "back steamer" or "both: back steamers and lay drifters": DISPLAY a notification/alert on the iphone. Upon actioning the notification, present a simple screen to place BACK BET as per standard place bet functionality at betfair.

If "option to capure what to report on" is "drifter" or 'both" and the price of the selection has INCREASED >= "option to capture price move to report on" and option to "capture action to take" is "lay drifter" or "both: back steamers and lay drifters": DISPLAY a notification/alert on the iphone. Upon actioning the notification, present simple screen to place LAY BET as per standard place bet functionality at betfair.

Standard validation is required - i.e check and report invalid betfair credentials, etc

I will only pay ONCE this application has been submitted and approved via the iPhone App Store, I will pay in full, but am not prepared to pay any milestone payments as the application will be of no use to us unless we can get it approved via the App Store. I will setup the App Store account at my own cost.

We have a vendor account with Betfair, that allows full API access. We have wrote many windows based Betfair applications and are keen to get into the mobile market.

I also wish to have ALL source, as so I can perform any future mods/enhancements myself.

I have the code for this application, but it is written in VB.NET, I basically need it converted and splitting to web service code (ASP.NET) and UI Code (objective-c) as I don't know objective-c, don't have the time or desire to learn it!
