Conditional formating in ASP.NET and C#

I'm looking for an simple "example" web page that displays a list of records. Each record must be analyzed for proper formatting. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do conditional formatting on my own in ASP.NET & C# Let me elaborate my needs. Refer to the attached database and pdf file: Example 1: "ECR 1: Grimsby Closure Components Transfer." In the above listing, the "ECR" field and "Description" field are displayed. This is all that I would want displayed if the records field "Type" = "Standard". Example 2: ECR 6: URGENT! Washer Not Listed on proper DWG. Due Date = 8/1/09 Coordinators Email: This ECRs field "Type" = "Urgent", which triggers the following special formatting. 1- The Status of "Urgent" is Displayed. 2-The ECR number and Status of Urgent is displayed in red. 3-The Due Date is displayed 4-The email address of the ECR Coordinator is displayed with an email link. I would also like detailed inline code so I can figure out what's going on.
