I have a website that needs some minor changes that need to be completed.

#1 Browser Compatibility... I need to be sure this site will perform in the various browsers. I am not looking to go back generations...

#2 Layout... There are a couple of positioning errors that are causing the header and body to mis-align. These can vary by browser.

#3 Error Checking... The site is very slow to produce the savings "Coupon" (3rd page).

We run other similar sites that are faster in this process; example [url removed, login to view] I need you to determine the cause and provide the solution.
