I am a project manager and want to go thru the existing code C# .Net visual Studio of a complicated project. I need a tutor to help me build the application from the code, and teach me how to understand the application module by module. We can do via Webex or in person. I live in the Bay Area. I have allocated 160 hours that I can pay an experienced, patient C# .NEt programmer. I was a programmer before, and have a computer science education, just have not done c# .nET and not programmed for a while.
