Convert Db scripts to .bak file

I have a .bak file in Sql Server. I want to convert the bak file to my sql server version 10.00.2531 I am trying to restore the .bak file and shows below error ========================================== [login to view URL]: The database was backed up on a server running version 10.50.4000. That version is incompatible with this server, which is running version 10.00.2531. Either restore the database on a server that supports the backup, or use a backup that is compatible with this server. ([login to view URL]) So, you can either create a .bak file from DB Script file attached or restore the .bak file and convert it into my sql server compatible.
