I have problem with user control panel for my chat app

it's build with ASP.NET conncetion to MSSQL 2005

I did the install and chat is working fine but there's problem with [login to view URL]

file i can't make it connect to the database

Server Access will be provided later

All I need Expert In ASP.NET & MSSQL Server to make the right connetion string

and make it work and login
