asp.net c# mobile website + psd cutup + css

i need the attached PSD cut up into HTML/CSS and the 3 screena put into a c# asp.net 4.0 mobile web project (for mobile phones) 3 screens - Resource (as screen shot, dummy data, no db linking) - Home ( 3 buttons with link) - Login (not on psd, username, password, login button, keep me logged in check box, textbox styled like on resource screen if possible) it should look proper on an iphone 4(s), galaxy s3, nokia lumia 800 resolutions. The screens don't need any actual functionality just need the event function holders. i need the project delivered working within 24 hours of accepting the job. i hope to be accepting a job within 12 hours of posting it.
