The function of our site works ([login to view URL]), but we are looking for an individual with some graphic knowledge to help design an image for our site. The site is built upon asp or .net back end, so we'll be utilizing css or ?... to put some graphics into the site. We are not against moving things around, but we want graphics to be SIMPLE and we want it to capture the essence and feeling of our site. If you visit our site, you will notice how blank the design is.... we want simple colour!

Looks like you need more than just an image to bring come color to your site, but I can sure help with both an image and some suggestions on how to add more color via CSS. Bid is for creating some sort of logo/artwork, perhaps of a giant paintbrush dragging color across the background behind the current boxes and text.
