Develop a simple web server

Develop a simple web server in C++/CLI (.h/.cpp) or C# (.dll) with the following features - Non-blocking ([login to view URL]()) must not block the current thread and running in their own thread) - Must process incoming connections individually and connections should not be waiting for another to be completed before proceeding. - Thread safe (Hopefully) - Events based (To be notified on when an incoming request to allow reading values and returning back response) - Support for https (Using HttpListener and prefixes such as https://+:443/ for easy https setup - Please create your own test certificate) Use netsh http add sslcert to add it. - Helper methods that facilitate retrieval of values from requests (HttpListenerRequest) and their respective values (NameValueCollection) (headers, post body etc) - Helper methods for sending response back to the client (HttpListenerResponse)
