Decompile a .NET dotfuscated or Ngend application

I have an application's exe which has been written in .NET. But if its opened with .NET reflector , it displays the message " not a valid .net module". Is there any way this source code can be accessed? I believe that dotfuscator / Ngen has been used on this exe. Please make a bid and describe in the PMB your understanding of the task so we can proceed from there. I believe that a good reverse engineer can easily do this project.
