Create Amazon Simple Notification Service End Point

This project is to develop an end point that would go on our servers that connects to Amazon SES service and processes bouncebacks. More details can be found here on how this is programmed: [login to view URL] The actual example code for what is passed is here: [login to view URL] You can use the simulator to test here: [login to view URL] We need this application to run on our windows server (either as a service, a .net app, or however it needs to be coded to accept and work as an end point for the Amazon SNS post). This service needs to update a SQL Table on the database server / or pass the details into a specific stored procedure that we can then control to update the tables with the specific parameters etc... This should store if it is a bounce, complaint, or whatever is returned from the Amazon SES service. Thanks, Chad
