ALTER TABLE `data` ORDER BY `id` DESC

First please download the file [login to view URL] insert to your mysql so you know what I mean. Every time I Insert new record I have to "ALTER TABLE `data` ORDER BY `id` DESC" because I want the last record show on the first row, I don't want to do it each time I add new record,, also it slow down the server when I do the ALTER TABLE. Is there a way to setup to make the new record show on the first row each time we insert?
