We need a game server for our new casino game.

The purpose of this job is to create a skeleton python game server with serval sample Api for us to contiue develop

Here's the requirement of the job:

1. Support room base game, each room will have realtime chat, chips transaction.

2. A REST API to receive player informations. E.g. Login, register, etc.

3. Use SSL or other secure connection is a must.

We designed to use python for this game server development that suitable for Google App Engine

Please suggest proper way to implement socket game server like that.
