Bash Script using mtr - LAN monitoring

I am seeking a true network engineer who understands the importance of accurate test results and time stamps using mtr, traceroute, ping and other basic tools. MUST fully understand networking, LANs, WANs, Internet routing protocols.
Am using a Debian shell script I built which generates data about our LAN connections so that I can find problems on the corporate network.
I have been getting plenty of help from people but I really need to find one person whom I can count on for help as this will be ongoing.
Reports are sent to a php page (function) which in turn sends the data to mysql so that I can review it later.
The problem is that I need to generate better data so am looking for someone who can help me with the functions.
I cannot share the entire scripts but I can share with you the bash function and the php function so that you can help me to gather better data
then send it to mysql.
With your help, I will take care of the mysql server at this end with your input on any changes/additions to tables, fields etc.
