Build a small desktop library management system

Hi, This is my first project that I'm bidding in Freelancer. I am trying to place a lower bid so you can accept my offer exchange for my service and reputation in the site. I want to be as accurate as I can for the estimation. This project would take me approx. 6 hours (3 hrs coding, 1 hour testing, 1 hour documentation, 1 hour final due diligence check) Database- I would be using mySQL as you requested in your project. This is a fairly simple database. Won't take long to complete Main Class- I am a very OOB person so I like my code to be very modularized. I would create base Objects and then slowly progress to the functionality. Finally I would create a UI (just to make it pretty) If you like bonus: I would do a registration function for reader - a basic one - user name / password. Documentation- A brief description of design approach, functionality. Final due diligence check I never give myself too tight schedule. This 1 hr is a contingency time for "if- scenario".
