Help me Move

I would like to establish contact with 3-4 football academies in Madrid in order for my 15-year-old son to travel there after August 15nth and participate in a few trainings of their ‘Cadete A’ team (players born in 2002) and be assessed by their coaches. I do possess all addresses, phone numbers, emails etc of the teams I am interested in (like Leganes, Rayo Vallecano etc), but a) I cannot call them myself and arrange things, since I don’t speak Spanish and b) even if I did speak Spanish, it is necessary for someone to _visit_ their facilities _in person_ and discuss things with them, since a football trials (‘pruebas’) arrangement like that cannot be accomplished by phone. Therefore I need a capable Madrid resident – preferably someone that has some knowledge of the football ‘market’ there – someone who can appear there in person, speak with the coach or technical director etc and fix these appointments. He/she only has to be _politely persistent_ and also possess very good communication skills and professional appearance. I am attaching a short Word document with a few more details.
