A kind of a note pad application for iPhone and ipad

I am in need of an application that works kinda like a note pad. I need to make categories first. I'd like it to be a bar that goes accoss the width of the phone with text in the center of it. SO, maybe you get the app. There is a menu link on top with the name of the app. They hit that menu and there is an about (which displays an about page) and an Add Category. They add a category and there is a entry of the name they are adding and a few colors. The color is the background color for the listing. They can add all the categories they want and the color code codes and name of the categories. They then click on one of the new categories and the menu will have a 'add note' option. They will then be able to save/edit/delete these new notes. And they only listed when that category is selected. Each note, they can slide to the left and the buttons for add/delete/edit show up.
