Required Mobile application in Xamarin -- 2

A new application has to be developed in Xamarin to connect the VPN server using L2TP connection.
The user credentials should be store in the application database itself.
When the user opens the application there has to be 2 button.
1) Connect VPN
2) Disconnect VPN
When the user clicks on the “Connect VPN”, the application should connect the VPN. The connect button should be disabled once connected and “Disconnect VPN” should be enabled. If the user click on “Disconnect VPN” then vice versa should happen.
The VPN server side functionality has already been developed so just the mobile application is required to connect the VPN.
