Develop Android and iPhone app with these functionalities

Hello! I'd like help developing an app (works for both Android and iPhone). Please read the below functionalities we need and description carefully and quote accurately: - The text in the app will be in three languages (If possible, would prefer to have the languages side by side so we don't have to create separate language versions) - A profile form where users can enter their biodata (we will provide the fields for you) - I need admin right or a way where I can delete users' profiles after a certain amount of time (or you can set expiration time) - A section where people can search for a listing of users who have entered their profile - The listing should show limited fields of the profiles. If people want to see more (like contact information), they need to sign up and pay for a membership - The paid membership will last for a year so the system will have to be able to recognize/ "detect" this - Payment methods: Paypal , credit card. There should be a possibility to add coupon codes, gift certificates, etc. Currency will be denoted in Hong Kong dollar - Add an instant messaging system with translation tool (only three languages required). After signing up, members will be able to communicate with the users (those who have filled up the profile) through instant messaging. - I don't expect a huge database of listing as this serves a niche market. I'd guess that at any time, the number of users who fill out the profile to be less than 10,000 people (and like I said above, I will delete users profiles after a certain period of time) - Pages for easy things like About our Company, adding blog posts/news, FAQ, partner offerings, etc. Thanks for bidding!
