Custom project on LG Nexus 4

We are designing a project that has Nexus 4 as main control unit for equipment. LCD, Mainboard will be used form Nexus 4 phone. We need to adapt original Nexus 4 ROM Android OS) to work as a sole solution for our system. Following will exist from Nexus 4: * Mainboard * Loudspeaker * LCD with Touchscreen * WiFi & BT * Wireless Charging * SIM (3G connection) Following will be added: * Second WiFi USB module via USB port * Custom casing Unit should do following: Startup using our logo Original rom should be cleaned of unnecessary apps (nearly all only core left) Start our app or launcher (up to You) on startup, with safety on crashing to restart the app and never go back to original launcher (if it still exists) Possibility to upgrade firmware from distance (we should be able to do it remotely) The app we need to run as main base will be discussed further in communication) Overall the project is'nt extremely hard for someone experienced with Android and its ROM's The bid will be for the job until the main development of the core APP or core launcher startup. The app itself will be another job.
