Hi there, I recently finished a test app which combined features of whatsapp and snapchat I feel highly confident writing yours, too. Your app will be written in Swift 2 for optimal performance. As backend service I will use Parse (unless you wish another service). I work with parse on a daily basis therefore I could lower the development costs by not needing to experiment with new software.
