Create an app androïd -- 2

I'm looking for someone able to create an app synchronise with a website dedicated of projects management. This app will be used to quickly enter new tasks in the website When I click on the app I want a zone like the one for an SMS. The keyboard must be the biggest as possible. I enter a text like "Create a new task". I have 2 buttons: - done; - new. If I click on done, an email is sent (using my gmail address) to a specific adress If I click on new, I can create another task. Emails are sent only when I type on the done button at some point.
