Create Top Navigation for Android App

What I need should be simple I just need to have the top navigation of my app created. It must be made with the Android SDK 23 and the latest Android Studio software. Must also adhere to Google Material design specifications.
I need a top nav created with five different icons. Each icon with open a new activity within the application. Right now all I need is the icons to open a new activity, no need to worry about the content of the page the top nav just needs to open these pages and the top nav must be present on each activity. This navigation will be the main navigation for the whole app.
I will attach what the nav will need to look like and upon acceptance I will provide you with all the icons and color specifications.
