- Allows a user to receive a payment
Mandates:
* Login must use Twitter
* Hosting must be on Amazon Web Services
* Map must use Google Maps API
* Payments must use Stripe
* Support all modern iPhone, Android and Windows Phone smart phones
Preferences:
* Dynamic adjustment for desktop preferred
* Single-page (dynamic content) webapp preferred
* API (to connect webapp and backend) preferred
