Create Android app to deliver dynamic content

If successful, this will require a port to iPhone as well. This app will operate almost exactly like a flowchart. The user will be given a question or decision to make, and a number of possible selections. Based upon their one selection, they will given another decision and set of selections. This will continue until they have reached a recommendation. The final recommendations will be one or more businesses. I will require the ability to change and update both the decisions and the selections without needing the app to be updated. I will require the ability to add custom information, images, or media to the recommendations. A clickable link to a Google Maps is also preferred, but may wait until next iteration if complexity or cost dictate. You will be required to advise on the best implementation (swipe vs selection vs something else). You will be responsible for any graphic design. While this is a basic app, and only a first version, it should also be attractive and professional looking. I have attached a flowchart that shows approximately what the app is expected to do. Please verify you have read the entire specification by stating the word "pint" at the beginning of any proposal. All others will be ignored without review.
