Create Andoid Music Downloader very Quick

Hello Freelancer Im looking for talented freelancer that will create for me android app that will let users to download mp3 from youtube and also from soundcloud, im looking to add : +YOUTUBE API ( Let users to Download MP3 ) +SOUNDCLOUD API (Let users download any soundcloud song to mp3) +USER can download from any other site +USER CAN CREATE AND MANAGE HIS PLAYLIST (We will need also to have option +Where the user can create playlist and manage it (Add, Delete,Share) +Monetization options ( Admob interstitial and banner + Revmob interstitial + Startapp for exit) + Rate my App (Pop up dialogue to suggest the users to rate the app) + Documentations and walk ture (How to edit the source code ect..) Please we are looking to create this project from scratch, we will not accepte any old template that you have or any other source code similar, we are looking to create something unique with our requirement
