Converting small (650 lines) Android Library from Java to C# for using in Xamarin

I want to use this layout ([login to view URL]) in a Xamarin Android project. Because I couldn' t find it with NuGet I need someone to convert it. You are totally free wheter you create a Java Bindings Library or port the code directly to C#, it just has to work.

I am currently a third-year honors student at the University of Georgia studying Management Information Systems and Computer Science. I have plenty of experience in Java, especially user interfaces, and am currently learning how to convert Java to C# specifically for Xamarin, as I will have to use Xamarin for an internship I will be doing this summer at UPS Corporate as a software developer.
