Construction Schedule Management Using Google Maps + GIS

The expected outcome of the app will be:  to empower field crew and PM’s with a smartphone/tablet app (ios/android) to help them update real-time project schedule information.  the app should have security feature with secured login to provide edit privileges only to those, that Manager desires.  Platform development  Google API (user interface) and must be able to extract GIS Shapefiles.  User should be able to develop projects by using Google API user interface. Must have the ability to export GIS shapefiles.  the ability to add, delete or change the road project limits (from and to) using the map available in the app. i.e. the change should be done by dragging the line on the map. The project limit will be as shown in the screenshot below.  Once a project is selected by selecting from and to, info such as road name, length, area (square meters), from location, to location should be automatically populated.  A form filed should enable user to input the construction start date, end date, comments, infrastructure condition and any other intermediate date dates as required.  should have the ability to import excel spreadsheet and populate info on the map as a line (for road projects from point A to B). Importantly the GIS shapefile must be available.  Cloud storage will be used for storing the data.
