Call Conferencing Solution

We are a team and we all are from different countries around the globe. We arrange our conference call every week via Skype but due to slow/interrupting internet connection, our call drop after each 10 mins and that's too much frustrating. We are looking for a better solution that you can come up with. So we can ring on a single number or so and connect to call conference. Thanks!
