Build a mobile application using Ionic

Project summary: I would like to build a mobile app that works on both iOS and Android. The app shall be similar to the Contacts app however, in this app the user will also be provided with information about the timezone each contact is currently in, this will be determined using the international dialing code associated to each contact. This will enable the user to determine whether it is an appropriate time to call each contact. The user will also be able to create an Alert which will notify them when a chosen contact has entered a period of the day which is deemed suitable for contacting them. Note: You will have designs provided before the build commences. Please ensure you consider this when making your proposal as it is very important you can implement the designs properly. Developer requirements: 1. You must develop this app using the Ionic framework (please do not propose other solutions) 2. The app must work natively on both iOS and Android 3. The app must pass the requirements of the Apple App Store and Google's Play store. 4. Before starting, you will sign my NDA and IP Assignment, acknowledging that all code and IP shall be owned by me 5. You will not use any code or libraries that have licenses to the contrary of #4 Summary of user flow (please reference attached wireframes): 1. Splash screen - Background images that user can swipe through, these will contain promotion / instructions - 'Get started' button allows the user to progress 2. Permissions - If the app requires any additional permissions, these should be required at this stage 3. Success - Confirmation of success 4. Contacts (primary screen) - Default homepage when app is opened - Displays list of user's contacts - User can search through list of contacts - Header bar includes logo / settings icon / alerts icon - Next to each contact an icon will be displayed to denote the contact's local timezone - If user touches the icon next to a contact's name, the contact's local time will be displayed for ~3s 5. Settings - When user taps the Settings icon from the Contacts screen, they enter this page - User can modify the time periods used to select which icon should be displayed - Each time period should be unique (i.e there cannot be two time periods that include the same time) - Links to Privacy Policy & Terms of Use 6. Alerts - When user taps the Alerts icon from the Contacts screen, they enter this page - Alerts enable a user to create an Alert for a chosen contact, so that when that contact enters a chosen time period the user will receive an app notification on their device - 'New Alert' allows the user to create a new alert - Existing alerts will be displayed (once alert has been made, the alert shall be removed from this list) - User can cancel pending alerts by pressing 'Cancel' 7. New Alert (screen 1) - To create a new alert, the user must first select the contact they wish to create an alert for. - Once selected, the user is taken to the second 'New Alert' screen (8) 8. New Alert (screen 2) - Display the name of the chosen contact - User can select the time period they wish to receive a notification in - 'Create' button stores the alert into the user's alerts list App processes: - Download JSON from server that includes international dialing codes and their associated timezones - Cache JSON in app localstorage to ensure app does not require network connectivity for general usage - Contact times should be determined in-app using native functionality - Calculate the local time of a Contact using an efficient method to ensure app is not processor or battery intensive
