Dovrei ricevere un preventivo per una semplice APP da installare su iOS, Android e Windows che dovrà leggere info da un file esterno (csv/xml) o database mysql che contiene informazioni su piani di emergenza / evacuazione. Si tratta di una APP locale. L'APP mostrerà una dashboard su cui saranno mostrate le informazioni circa le singole emergenze presenti nella zona. Invierà notifiche ai dispositivi in caso di emergenza specificata con avviso della strategia o evento (strada chiusa, allagamento ...) e permetterà di visualizzare una mappa con eventuale punto di raccolta dal luogo del dispositivo.
