Android Widget

I'm getting an app developed which works as a widget but my developer is unable to do a feature on the app I needs help on that. When the app is installed the widget is created, but I need to have the widget on home screen. Currently it can't be on the home screen automatically we would have to drag it there, I need it to be there by itself after install. Bid only if you thing its possible. Don't paste your profile info mention what you can do about the project.
