Android / Iphone Chat Like App

Hello, We are looking to create a chat app similar to “WhatsApp”. App should include the same features such as a sign-up screen, a friends list (and ability to search for friends via username or phone number) and being able to send and receive text messages using text and emojis. A chat history and notifications are also required, as well as the ability to see when messages have successfully been sent, received and read. No phone calls needed for this app though. We would also require developers familiar with integrating an image database to the app, so that users can search through an image database from within a chat. The user would click on the image icon from within a conversation *see attached pic and then using keywords would be able to quickly search through the image database, select an image and send it to their friend, seamlessly. Social Media integration also required. Once a user finds an image and shares it within a conversation, either user should be able to share the image on their preferred social media platform. So they can link their Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts via a hassle-free button or sign in screen. Which social media platform they would want to link to their account can be included in the settings. *see second pic We will provide you with the design of the app via photoshop files, fonts and background images. We are looking for a qualified programmer. We will want source files once the project is complete.
