Android Custom Camera Job

A very simple Android project. It needs a basic function of image capture and display. However, the camera has to be custom built using Camera API because you have to draw an overlay on top of the camera. Please check image to get the idea. Once the image is captured, it should be uploaded in binary format. If you make sure that we have the required handle to the bitmap, you need not write the upload logic yourself. We have already done this using Camera API but we need to get this done in Camera API version 2. The old code will be provided once you are selected. However, I would expect you to write the code by yourself. The flow between the \"form -> camera -> back to the form\" should be smooth and fast. Delay of more than 1 second is not acceptable. Note: Proper package naming conventions have to be followed along with good coding conventions. No use of proprietary library for this job except Google\'s API. Happy bidding.
